The Nightshift Club first opened it's doors in January 1998 and was a classic oldies night based in Mytchett Surrey, near Farnborough. In April 1999 the venue was changed to The Harlington Centre, about five miles up the road in Fleet, the music policy and DJ line up also changed when we started to bring down some of the top oldies DJ's from the North. We had six events there (but due to changing Council policy),we moved on again. In September 2001,we were given one night at Bisley Pavilion to prove our worth....and The Bisley Nightshift Club was born.
Bisley Pavilion is a large old style function hall. It has a large sprung dancefloor, two bars,a large car park and a location where people are not going to fall into when the pubs shut. The Pavilion has 14 Rooms for overnight accommodation, Call 01483 488488 for details.
The music policy is aimed at keeping the dancefloor filled, keeping the people who pay, happy and there are no ego's or politics involved. Our aim is to try and recreate those feelings from the early days (nights) of The Casino.(Wether we achieve this or not is up to the crowd to decide, but with increacing numbers turning up,travelling from all over the Country,we must be doing somthing right! )
Our next event is on Saturday 4th October when we will be inviteing Soul In The City's front man Paul McKay back behind the decks, along with the south coast stalwart Andy Crane. with Pete Derek and Roger as always.
Bisley Pavilion Can be found At Bisley Camp (follow signs to National Shooting centre) Queens Road Bisley Surrey. ( just off jnct 3 M3 Motorway).
